formal process consists of:
PRELIMINARY PLANNING
- Tell us what you want done.
- With your input, we develop a preliminary budget
- We execute a retainer agreement defining expectations
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
- We visit the project area to determine the exact requirements and the job conditions that may affect the proposed budget.
- We develop a set of drawings and specifications defining the work required and provide accurate price estimates.
- We meet with you to review the construction package and discuss any changes that need to be made.
- We write the contract, and once it has been approved, we start the project construction.
